THE EVENT
Join us to help raise funds to support Crater Elementary PTO. It will be a wonderful night filled with food, beverages, and some amazing auction items! All are invited, so please invite friends and family to join the fun and support our kids!
This year’s event will be held at the Chehalem Cultural Center Ballroom in Newberg on February 28, 2026 from 6pm-10pm. The event will include dinner, drinks, dessert, a silent and live auction and an evening to celebrate and support our amazing school. Dinner will be provided by McKillips Catering with gluten free and vegan options where preferred.

Ticket includes appetizers, dinner, dessert and 2 drink tickets.
OUR GOAL
Our fundraising goal is $35,000 which will go toward STEAM enrichment, artists-in-residence programs, library updates, technology integration, wellness center resources, student field trips, and more. Our PTO’s mission is to fund resources and experiences in order to advance the learning of our students.
With the proceeds from our PTO fundraisers like auction, we’ve been able to buy new musical instruments, provide new classroom technology, purchase the sport court and other playground equipment, help fund class field trips, provide staff appreciation gifts, support the school health room and funding for hands on STEM projects. The options of what we can do for our school and the families in our community are endless with your support of this year’s fundraiser.
